You have better things to do than learn marketing and bookkeeping and all of the clerical support required for the business so what you don't want to do, you don't have to. You are probably smarter not to have employees because of all the legal issues that go with hiring, firing, training, etc. but if you need help, you need help. You can get a partner but make sure you are on the same page with company goals.
